Hello and thanks already

I've had this Tacoma for about 8 months and this site has already given me so much information, I just wanted to say hello and thanks for the help thus far.

I can say that in my two decades of driving this is the first car i've had that i wanted to own rather than my situation meant i had to own. That said it's still got 130k on it but i plan to have it around a long time so i still have lots of questions about moving forward

What i've done so far:

-Foglights
-Android head unit
-All fluids changed (Oil, ATF, Brakes, Coolant, Diff, PS)
-All new filters and PCV valve
-New spark plugs
-Replaced all 3 Driveshaft U-Joints (issue with the truck on purchase)
-New front pads and rotors
-Had the secondary air injector fail. Did the bypass kit since I am in a no inspection state.
-Had the leaking secondary coolant pipe, thanks to threads here i found the metal replacement and did that job along with new intake gasket
-New valve cover gasket

With that said right now the truck is working great but I am hoping to stay ahead of issues before they are real issues.

I got a 2.7 4wd 96 tacoma. When i open up the throttle, it boggs down losing power then backfires. Whats goin on. Help thanks
