    Hello everyone! Great info on this site!! I'm a new Tacoma owner -bought my baby 2004 Double cab TRD July of 2008. I've been reading over this site quite a bit since then - thanks everyone!! I got my truck at around 90,000km (56,000miles) from the original owner. My family had been die-hard GM since forever, but I always knew Toyota made quality trucks. Now I'm in love with her-till death do we part.
    It has an Extang black vinyl soft tonneau cover and tailgate lock added.
    Haven't done much to her yet...My personal truck theory is to outrig it properly first, before making any major modification. Besides, these trucks have been built for years so I think twice before changing anything. I put a new set of Michelin LTX on when I safetied. Mainly just maintenance stuff:
    Remote Start
    Class III Valley Hitch
    Sylvania headlights
    Seafoamed
    changed spark plugs NGK
    oil changes
    custom Black w- grey TRD decals
    greased drive/prop shafts
    rust check
    rotate tires
    refinished wheels-nice
    Seat Covers and Floor mats

    I keep a bunch of gear in the back....
    because I like to be prepared....some look at me a little strange sometimes tho so....

    adding driver side tow hook - because have you ever pulled a truck through the mud sideways?

    differential fluid drain
    tint front windows
    maybe sikoshi grille or whatever

    hey thanks guys! well it's a pretty stock truck right now.....don't have any of the serious offroad gear some of you guys have (there are some awsome trucks on here guys!! too cool!....) I'm gonna go take some pics right now....thanks again for the terrific info & warm welcome!
