Recently acquired a 2014 Tacoma, had an issue with the rear differential, had a shop. Put all new bearings in the rear differential.

Before this had no other issues out of the truck besides a noise coming from the driver side rear. After this, if I clear all the codes out and I go over 67 mph, the speedometer quits working and the ABS, brake, and traction control off lights come on and then eventually the check engine light
Took it to a shop they replaced the VSS sensor on the transmission and both rear wheel speed sensors and it still has the same problem
That has all been ongoing for about a month now and then today the AC light started blinking and the compressor will not run more than 3 to 5 seconds and I have plenty of refrigerant in the system. Any help with these issues would be much appreciated

The flashing A/C light is when the A/C amplifier does not detect a speed signal from the compressor lock sensor after commanding the MG CLT relay on.
    Possible causes are:
Open or shorted wire(s) in the lock sensor circuit
    Bad lock sensor
    Internal problem in the compressor
Open or shorted wire(s) to the MG CLT relay
Open in the wire from the MG CLT relay to the compressor
    Failed compressor clutch
    Belt slipping
    Failed MG CLT Relay
    Failed A/C amplifier

Since you say the compressor runs for a few seconds before the light starts flashing most likely you have an issue with the lock sensor or circuit.
You can check the Lock Sensor circuit at Pin 10 (Red/White) Connector IH1 behind the glovebox (3rd wire down on the left of the connector shown)
Meter connected between a known good ground and the Red/White wire when the A/C is turned on you should see it briefly go to 12v and then drop to about 2.59v and stay there while the A/C is on. This can't be used to tell if the sensor is generating a signal or not but it will tell you whether or not the circuit is intact or shorted to ground.

An oscilloscope is really the only real way to see if it's generating a signal or not.
The Lock Sensor Signal looks like this on a scope.

In regards to the abs /speedo issue I suspect one of the tone rings at the rear axle is either misaligned or broken.

The tone ring is a toothed metal ring that sits right under the speed sensor and uses magnetism to send a signal down the wire to the computer. They have to be pressed on/off the axle when doing bearings, getting them lined back up with the sensor on instalation is critical.

If you have access to a scope you can watch the speed sensor waveform on a screen (similar to the lock sensor above) and look for glitches and drop-outs. Or remove the speed sensor and simply look down the hole and see if the tone ring is centered under the sensor. Maybe spin the wheel around and look for broken or missing teeth

Or they put the bearings on the wrong side, the rear bearings are directional due to the sequence of magnets on the tone ring.
The symptom sure seems close to one the code descriptions.

    1. Reverse rotation signal produced for 1 second or more at vehicle speed of 100 km/h (62 mph) or more.

If you have a scanner that can access ABS Data you can see what the sensors are doing.

since you had a shop do that work I would bring it right back to him with the knowledge that you have now and challenge them to see if they did the job correctly
