question: thought my u joints were going no such luck!!! seems i have an animal called a double cardan fancy name for a cv joint ceptin its on my driveshaft and nonrepairable as well as non replaceable. requires new driveshat from toyota $ 1500.00 started searching on line seems the repair boys already called toyota and priced theirs accordingly finally located a place in utah that actually builds them. and i want even have to sale my firstborn child!!!! anyway i have 2 choices...... a normal shaft with spicer joints each end, or another cv joint....am concerned about vibration with the normal shaft... but really like the fact that i can work on it myself and not be at the mercy of the parts house. would appreciate any feedback on this .
