    Hi!
I bought my '09 TRD Sport Access cab in July or August of '09. I never really clicked with it and often thought I had made a mistake purchasing it so quickly.(it was the last day of the Cash for Clunkers program). The transmission problem made driving this truck a miserable chore. The "powers that be" telling me it was "normal" made it a nightmare!

This was the first new vehicle I had ever bought, and the only vehicle I had ever owned with a warranty. So when the trans. troubles started I wasn't concerned. I thought if anything was wrong, I would bring it in and they would take care of it... boy was I wrong.

I finally brought it in last week for the third time, and reluctantly mentioned the TSB. They seemed very eager to help. This is the first time bringing it to this particular dealer and I think they were happy I chose them instead of the "super-dealer" in my own town.

I am glad to report, that since I left there with a properly shifting truck, I am now a happy Tacoma owner!
