Hello everybody, wanted to drop in and say hi. I am currently in the market for a 01-06ish Tacoma. I had an 89n Toyota pickup when I was in highschool and college and absolutely loved it, unfortunately I sold it to buy a Dodge diesel in 06. Now I have 2 diesel pickups, a Powerstroke and the Cummins. Since I dont need 2 diesel pickups I am trying to sell the Cummins to get out of the big payment, and I want to get into another toyota. The particulars I want in a truck are, V6, manual, 4wd, TRD, 4 door. Particularly a 4 door, long bed, but I havent found a single one yet. Does such a truck of a TRD sport, manual tranas 4d long bed exist?? Anyways great site so far, and thanks for any guidance on what to look out for in my search for a truck. Upon doing some more research, I have found that indeed that truck does not exist, and to add insult to injury, the TRD Sports, the only double cab long bed besides plain SR5, doesnt have a locker... Awesome...
    Thanks.
PS- if interested in my truck check out the classifieds, I'm going to be putting up an add shortly.

Welcome and good luck finding your truck. They make DC long beds... hard to get and with the special order and supply chain probs in Japan right now, maybe harder. I know my dealership has a TRD DC long bed in silver as of yesterday for around $31K. But if you are looking used, you may find something out there. Good luck!

Thanks for the welcome. I am looking for a used truck. I have found a few 4d long beds, but they are all autos...
