First I'd like to say thank you to everyone at Tacoma World. It's a greart source of information. It was here, I first learned about the 1st Gen big brake upgrade. After many pulsating brake problems. I sought a fix and found it here. ( the 12 mile 7% grade hill with a 4x4 quad in the bed and a 4x8 trailer with a 4x4 X2 Polaris on it didn't help. About every third trip it would start pulsating again. Being a commercial truck driver. I knew it wasn't from improper use of the brakes. )
I did the 2005 Tundra big Brake upgrade and WOW what a differance.

With 240K on my Tacoma, it's starting to ask for some new parts beyond normal maintance.
Front suspension is all original other then EMU Struts and Shocks. Suprisingly it's still pretty tight. Bushings are starting to crack, inner tie rods have some looseness LBJ's have about 1/8inch of movement. So time to rebuild it all.

    Jon

My First 2004 Tacoma with the quads. (old smaller yamaha on the trailer) It was totaled in an rearend colliosion 4/15/2013. That truck was showroom condition with 120K. I was so pissed off!
