Got a 2002 Pre-Runner 2wd, 4-door w/ 2.7 and auto trans. Definently not an off-roader. It's used as a commuter-40 miles of farm market roads one way. I'd like to make improvements to the engine and suspention to get more top end power( i set the cruise between 75 & 80) and help out on ride and cornering performance.
Center of gravity is an issue though front/rear weight bias is decent; the suspention will be mostly finding the parts I nedd. The 2.7??? Here I'm clueless. I work on heavy equipment : cummins/cat/john deere/even Toyota forklifts. On the pick-up I'll need help!
    Will keep in touch.
