Hello there!

Just thought I'd get this first post out of the way - by way of an introduction. I am preparing to pick up my first Tacoma TRD next Wednesday. First car I've owned in quite some time, not needing one here in Brooklyn.

The motivation to get a vehicle at this time, is that I am moving to Vermont - and will certainly need some wheels once up there (and even to help with the move).

I looked long and hard (both Toyota and other manufacturers), and finally settled on a high (126,000 ???) mileage, green TRD model. I restore old motorcycles, but have never really messed around with trucks or cars, so I am sure I will be earning quite a bit here (I have already!). Will definitely be hauling some bikes in the back of this truck - so one of the first mods will be some extra D Rings for tiedowns.

I'm excited to become part of the clan...

I have a 68 yamaha motorcycle that needs some work. Are you still going to keep a motorcycle shop in Brooklyn, while you are away?

 

My buddies will still have the shop - and I'll be stopping down often. Still going to sell some bikes down here.

I could suggest a few people that could help with the work if you'd like.
