Howdy everyone. Been reading on TW for a while and am now finally a Taco owner! Got a 2014 Prerunner 4.0L/V6 last week. It has <15k miles on it, single owner, drives and looks like new. I plan to do some changes over the next few months and would love some feedback.
1. Tonneau Cover - leaning towards roll-up (for full bed access primarily) and have narrowed down to Truxedo Lo Pro and Access Lorado). There are seemingly other good options on Amazon (Lund, Leer, Maxmate) in both roll-up and tri-fold but leaning towards TW recommendations. Bakflip outside my budget.
2. Upgrade HU - leaning towards Pioneer DMH-W2770NEX. Mainly need wireless CarPlay and backup camera support.
3. Wheels - favorites so far are the OEM TRD and SCS Stealth. Truck came with 265/65R17. Tires are 10 years old (look new) and need replacement asap.
4. Exterior Chrome Delete - probably won’t change the lights but will plasti-dip the emblems. The running board is chrome too. I saw that a couple of folks have derped those but is spray painting them the better way to go?

Congrats on picking up your Tacoma @secondgear ! Love the red colorway!

Good catch on finding the tire age, we definitely would recommend getting those replaced as you mentioned just so you can safely enjoy your new ride. If there is anything we can do to help we are just a DM away.
