2015 Red Tacoma SR5

I have a 2015 Tacoma SR5 access cab Barcelona Red. The truck is awesome. I have a small dent on the front passenger door which is very aggravating to me. It seems like it would be cheaper to replace the door rather than get it repaired. Are the doors on the access cab and the crew cab the same? Thanks

I kind of think a body shop would be a lot cheaper. A door shell from Toyota is like in the $800 range and would still have to be painted.
