    They would not flash 0062-18 or even 0058-18. I complained but they stated the truck is performing as designed.

    Wow, really? That's bullshit dude. I would take it to a different dealership. Tell them you had really bad throttle lag, and almost stalling out, up in the mountains (at altitude) and that you need them to fix it with the TSB. From what I can remember, that was the main issue it was supposed to fix, but it completely changes the truck at any altitude. I was using ECT any and every time I got in my truck but haven't touched it since the flash. If you can't get it done in CA and you're ever in the Phoenix area, let me know and I'll have my buddy at Toyota get it done for you.
