Congrats on the new truck and welcome to TW! It's definitely worth the wait to get what you want man! I haven't seen anyone that was able to buy this configuration off the lot, especially in cement. So it is really unique. The "wait" suuucks!!

Had a little time to Dynamat the driver's door today. 1 down 3 to go!

How difficult is it to pull the door panel off? I hate touching shit like that because it’s usually held on by plastic tabs, which break or rattle after f’ing with.

    Super easy though.

It’s always the yank that gets me in trouble.

I don’t recall seeing screws. I’ll have to look harder. Did you start prying with a screw driver type instrument, or just your fingers?

There's one behind where the door handle is and one under the "carpet" where you pull to close the door. I borrowed a plastic molding tool from @JerryTaco to pry the cover off. I'll take a picture of it in a little bit.

Good looking rig man. Cement was always my favorite color of the Taco's. So clean. So fresh. I guess I'll have to get with the cool kids and start my build thread *sigh*. Also, where are you getting all that sound deadening stuff?

I got mine off of Amazon. Man, what a difference it makes. Stereo sounds so much better and the cabin of the truck just feels more solid in general

Good to know. I miss the dead silence of driving in my f150. The taco is great, but there are certain things the ford did better.
