I have a 2014 Tacoma SR5 TSS with the factory towing package, 130 amp alternator, and tranny cooler.

I recently bought a 7x14 TA Enclosed Trailer and am looking at installing some 12v led pods inside for light. My question is, is there an easy way to get 12v constant at the 7 pin trailer plug so I can have power in the trailer for the lights when the ignition is not on.

Yes, run a correctly fused wire from the battery back to the trailer connector.

I was hoping not to have to do that. I was hoping there was a way to do it from within the fuse boxes.

Well I suppose you could run a wire from something that is always hot such as the 10 amp Horn Fuse under the hood panel or the 20 amp door lock fuse inside the dash behind the coin pocket left of the steering wheel.

Hood Struts, My version Fogs always ON, Map & Overhead Light Mod,
Find the junction box No. 1 at the left kick panel. There 2 connectors. One has 16 wires to it the other 18. Looking at it straight on is the right hand connector (18 wires). Counting from left to right the middle wire (#5) on bottom row.(Lime Green). That's your 30 Amp Battery Charging Relay pin 2 (86) IGN. Cut with enough to crimp a wire towards the connector. That would go to your added/needed switch to activate the relay with key off. Cap/insulate the other side off cut wire since it ties into the 10 amp IGN No.2 fuse. Find your preferred hot source in cab for juice to the added switch. Fuse the added circuit. Use the battery charging pin #2 on your 7 pin trailer connector for your added lamps.
