Toyota has just installed a new Transmission after 8 trips to the dealer. The problem was at 60 and 80 K that's Canada,' the truck would shutter, when stepping on gas.Shutter is my word but you could feel the truck hesitating. Got it back from the dealer with new tranny on 5.26.2017 guess what same problem!! Any thoughts out there? I know I have a fight on my hands. Thanks for any help

Toyota service department can't figure out what's wrong. They said they would call other dealerships to see if they had run across this problem. Toyota Canada is on this but no help! Meanwhile I need a working truck.
    Thanks for any help.

Well, with all that that has been changed - I'd take a real good look at the Engine. You Said "truck would shutter, when stepping on gas." Why did they change the transmission ??? I'm thinking gas pump, fuel filter, last time tuned up (Wires, Plugs, Cap etc.). Change Gas Stations + fuel grade. AC Compressor not shutting off on high emgine power demand? Clean the Injectors/Map etc?

Toyota pluged there lap top into the trans computer as the service manager and me drove around. Toyota Canada tech's decided the trans needed to be replaced. We are at a standstill. I have been a taco
owner since the Hi Lux but Toyota is ticking me off
