Need some help finding steelies for a 2003 double cab TRD (non 4x4)

Sorry in advance if this has been answered, I promise I searched for a good 3 hours to no avail.

I'm gonna need new tires soon. I'd like to keep the stock tire size and suspension, and absolutely love the look of black steelies. From my research, it seems like they may not fit or it may become complicated.

Here are the wheels I want....or even something similar. I dont care if they look like this or not, even remotely close all black will do. The cheaper the better.....

    Anyways....I suppose my questions are:

    1) What size should I be looking for these? 16? 17?

    2) Will they fit a stock 265/70/16 tire?

    3) Would I need anything additional to make these fit?

    4) Any recommendations on where to find these?

Thanks gents.....I have a feeling the popcorn emoticon is coming, but oh well :(
