So I was able to adjust one shock when I tried turning the other side the whole shock turns not allowing me to turn the adjuster.

Please advise on what to do I loosen the screw that tightens the ring and still doing it not sure what to do.

I'm not sure what your asking, but subed as I just installed fox suspension.

My (limited) understanding adjusting the shocks is the springs need to be compressed a little taking pressure off the adjuster ring. Loosen the allen bolt and adjust up/down. Don't recall where I heard it from but some silicone spray might be helpful as well. If I'm wrong I'd love to be called out and learn how ot adjust the shocks correctly.
