Trying to remove my aFe intake to get the truck smogged with stock but one of the bolts is stuck (front right when facing truck).

Bolt is rusted and I think it is just a nut on rubber spacer.
Sprayed it with PBs but the whole rubber piece just twists and doesn't unscrew.

    1. Can I cut through this rubber piece and buy a new one?
    2. Any idea what the part number is I don't see it on the diagrams I am looking at in inline parts catalog.

Gave up and cut the rubber mount. Hopefully I can find an alternative to replace it.

It's an AFE part? I would have thought it was factor part they just attached to.

Got replacement part from aFe, had to drill out the bolt into fender. Truck lived in East Coast first half of life and was rusted on. Had to cut the rubber bushing to remove and swap in OEM intake for CA SMOG.

Seems like crap design to not have threaded rod go all the way through the bushing.
