Whoa! That's not Canada, that's New England. I'd recognize those trees anywhere.

    1 1/2 cups warm water
    2 teaspoons active dry yeast
    2 Tablespoons extra virgin o.o.
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 - 1 cup w.w.flour, to taste
    3-3 1/2 cups flour

That's that part, then there are the instructions too.
Sorry, was wrong about the flour. More white than I thought.

Not me. We had a shake but nothing more than mild. Our foundations here float, so it feels like laying on a waterbed when a quake hits, since we haven't had any big quakes in my specific area. My uncle lives in Napa though and some family friends, one is the emergency services coordinator for Napa county. Haven't talked to him yet, I'm sure he's busy! Uncle's belongings are all destroyed, kitchen emptied the cabinets and drawers and broke all that can be broken, TV and refrigerator destroyed. House items took a huge hit but structure is fine so far. He drove all over and into Vacaville for gasoline and nobody is selling gas, oumos are closed presumably until they make sure they aren't damaged.

Pretty big mess. We are A-OKAY

Grilled shrimp and arugula salad later. Maybe broccoli.

Seems like an anti aircraft gun would cause a little more rear end sag. 1st gen FTW

Had a homemade tomato soup (chunky with fresh veggies and cream).
With grilled cheese samwiches on w.w. My 2 y.o. loves those things. :D
Didn't have anything fizzy to drink with it. :(
