I need suggestions for bolt on rock sliders. In particular, ones that stick out enough to also block people from dinging my doors in my work parking garage. These people dinged the shit out of my Tundra :annoyed:

    Thoughts? Pics?

All sliders will stick out that far.

What brands do you like? Maybe you should look in the armor subforum or search the third gen subforum for their armor thread.

Honestly wasn't trying to be an ass. I figure a lot of folks struggle with google-fu. Figured I'd try to teach how to fish instead of catching for him. Plus there really is a lot of stuff out there on it

Sliders are slider, and while I want you to buy mine, just about every vendor on here that puts them out is going to do you right. They are far too simple to mess up and have been done so many times over. I say go with the best deal you can find, or a local place to save on shipping. If they are a vendor on TW you will be getting a good product from them.

Im curious about this one too as the majority of sliders Ive seen in pics and person hug the body too much (for obvious reasons, sliders shouldnt be sticking out several feet though). Trailgear used to make ones for the FJ that gave a whole lot of room and also worked well as a step for the vertically challenged crowd. Ive yet to see sliders on the 3rd gen tacoma come out that far (or maybe I havent looked hard enough).

Bamf sliders are legit. Jerry has them on daily sale so I can get a good price if you pay attention
