    I moded 1999 Taco so much it had turned to Land Cruiser
    Lol If he opened tranny he may have inadvertley drained tranny fluid since we have different transmission then fords. he may have screw you up. Why did you go to Ford mechanic :confused:

    The lemon laws are only for purchases of new cars, right?

    But no matter, because it sounds like the OP may get some relief due to the 30 day warranty.

    But $2500 to replace a couple wiring harnesses?????????....

    Sounds like Toyota has a blanket policy of trying to extract 2 grand from everyone that comes through the door for a non-warranty repair, no matter what the problem is.

    there shouldnt be a wire harness on the PLANET that costs $1800.. that smells like horseshit to me. unless your truck is now capable of powered flight and or a low orbit, make sure theyre doing what they said they were and not charging you a shit ton to hide draining the transmission on accident.


    and forget the lemon law, it doesnt apply.
