    The middle number when I searched didn't produce results like I got when I Googled "Spicer 5001905"

    No. It is likely just a casting number.
    The important part is the bolt hole spacing and end cap bore size.
    If you want to be 100% sure it fits, measure yours. Then compare it to the one listed.

    I think that’s it thank you looks exactly the same and it says fits all 2005-2016 Tacoma models

    I seriously doubt it.
    It's not a significant amount of weight.
    And it is proportional on both sides.

    Slap it on and drive it.
    Worst case, take it to get it balanced.
    But I seriously doubt you will need to.
