    I say leave him there. How would you feel if you saw on the news this guy killed another family. Maybe he is done with you but whats to say it won't happen again. I just could'nt do it. He's gotta stay put.

    That fact that they sent a letter such as that to his home as opposed to the attorneys office is underhanded. Shows how they function and opperate. Very underhanded.

    So is this "judge" going to ensure he remains sober????????? Just because he says he will now (while he's locked up) doesn't mean he actually will once he's released.

    Wonder what kind of sentence this judge would have given the scumbag if he'd have done the same thing to one of her family members....

    That said, hope the OP's family can get on with their lives.
