'13 Taco TRD Sport double cab short bed with OEM 17" Bridgestone tires. Ready for some new treads and have been researching for a few months. 90% of the life of the new tires will be a mix of highway trips and small rural city pavement pounding. Usually this would call for any highway tire, but the other 10% of the driving is important as well; back country roads in WV with a mix of creek crossings, dirt, gravel, mud, and snow. I would love to have a fairly quiet tire with good gas mileage for those long highway trips and hydroplane resistance, have confidence on occasional snow covered interstate and back country roads for hunting season that will see a mix of road conditions.

    The short list of contenders:
Michelin LTX AT2 (at the top of my budget, may get the most mileage/ tread life?)
Firestone Destination A/T (maybe the best all around tire?)
Kumhu Road Venture AT51 (Cheapest tire, but for a reason? Made in Vietnam & Korea. Reviews show great snow traction)

Any help or past experience is greatly appreciated. My guess is any of these tires will be a drastic improvement over the OEM Bridgestone Dueler H/T.
