    Folks,

I have a 2009 4WD Double Cab with 63k and the tires are about done for! I am mainly on the road, but often (not nearly often enough, I might add) I'm in the mountains hunting. I need help on which tire would be best for road/dirt/mud/light snow and ice. I live in SW Virginia, so we see a wide variety of weather not really leaning in any certain direction.

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it!!

This. If you take out the snow and ice any of the popular a/t or m/t treads would be a great choice as well. Duratracs handle everything well and excel in the snow/ice.

I love my bfg at's. Had them for about 3 years and thread depth is still great. Though the tread has pits in it. I assume from all the Rocky trails I've been on going faster than I should. My next set will be general grabbers red letters. But I'm in the Vegas desert.
