My pickup needs to be jump start everytime I want to turn it on. At first I thought it was the battery so I went to autozone and the guy checked it there. He said it was no good. I bought a new battery and the truck drain the new battery. Than they told me might be an alternator or starter and I went ahead and checked those. Nothing wrong with that. So now what else can be causing my battery to be drain everytime I turn on my truck.

Just because they say its good doesn't mean it is, do you have some sort of volt meter?.
Check current battery voltage (should be around 12 volts)
Check battery voltage when truck is on (voltage should be higher showing alternator is charging it)
Check to see voltage when its off (to see if something is draining your battery while its off)
If you do not have a voltmeter what I think is the easiest thing to do is disconnect your battery when you turn it off (after driving because if you alternator isgood your battery should be charged) leave your truck alone (with battery disconnected) come back later connect it....
If it starts your alternator did its job and.charged before your disconnected it (which should happen, it should start no jump needed)
If it does not start your alternator isn't charging or something in the charging system is not right.

This is to check if you have something draining your battery and if your alternator is good (charging system)
Thats where I would start all in my opinion. I hope this helps lmk if I can be of any help
