Help, changed oil filter housing(aluminum) and now leaking

    Appreciate all the tips.
    Orings are always new and lubed, in correct groove.
    Threads on both aluminum and plastic appear undamaged.
    Threads in block appear normal.
    I’ve plenty of mech experience (45+ yrs) so No, I didn’t f up parts.

    Dealer has over tightened plastic on one occasion, and overfilled by a quart on another.

    After 72K miles, this issue has started. I’ve done over 5 oil changes on it (5K intervals, I don’t buy the 10K) with synthetic. Issue started after dealer change.

    Possible a warpage that occurs after a long hour+ run?
