    I'VE got my IA temps logged, you can't get colder than stock barely above atmospheric temps after running slow.. I would suggest trying to get a nice smooth silicone intake tube instead of the stock kind of corrugated thing to increase flow. maybe there's some splash guard baffles at he fender you could cut out? Under hood intakes, not for this truck.

    ok thanks so much i was 5 min away from ordering it right now.the aem one, but now i will order the afe one any suggestions where i can get on online. Oh and thanks again i really don't know much of this, been outta the scene for a while wife kids you know i feel stupidly

    yea, if AFE is just basically updating the hose, It'd probably do the same thing. Seems like a waste to me... but I have things that other people seem to think are a waste. I do have wheel spacers.

    Op, i have the AFE stage 2 si intake with pro dry s filter. I will say it is a nice piece and makes the truck sound a little meaner when accelerating. My truck felt more peppy with the intake. Could have just been the increased throttle response idk. You will notice from a stop it will chirp the tires a little easier. I know mine did. I got mine from Gadget @ URD!
