Update, got my truck back and its working properly. Owner could only say that his worker made a bonehead mistake. Bonehead my ass!!!! Just lets me know why I do most of the work on my vehicles myself. Can't trust anyones work or intentions more than your own. That employee needs this , then this done to him! RETARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I went to the dealer to address an issue, the lady boss asked how I knew to look for things. I told her I learned from the guys on TW. She said that it's a good thing I learned from here because as a woman, she wouldn't know to crawl under her truck to look for things. Imagine if it were an elderly person who doesn't have access or know how to use a computer.

Glad you got it fixed Jason. It really is awful how we pay good money for people that are supposed to be trained to do things to our vehicles. Things that if not done right can cause more damage or even endanger our lives.

 

Thanks babytruck. I should have just rented a spring compressor and changed the springs out myself. I've used them before on my car but figured with such a larger spring for my truck that I should let a professional handle it. Yeah right!
