Rugged Terrain is the successor to Rugged Trail. Both are aggressive-looking highway tires.

As for the balancing issue, are the red dots on the tires lined up with the valve stems?

The parts guy said the same thing to me when I ordered my FJ SE wheels. Ignore said parts guy and proceed with ordering. They are just covering their collective arses.

My understanding of the tire markings is that they are the high spot, intended to be matched up with the low spot on the rim (or maybe vice versa). Not necessarily the valve stem. The rim should be marked as well as the tire, but the kid doing tires at most places did not necessarily graduate at the top of his class.

Put an FJ logo on your tailgate, and tell them to try the fit again. :D Steer clear of stick on weights, and the only other possible issue I can imagine is if you have different (steelie) lug nuts.
