Ya I had both. If you are on the low side of the load recommendations for Stage II then I would stick with those. If you creep up to 600lbs you may want to jump to Stage III.

Quoting here to add that I weighed my truck and wow...she's porky. Front 2910lbs, rear 3505lbs fully loaded. I did not get any exterior pictures when loaded :facepalm:but it sits level front to back. The leaf pack pictures below are fully loaded and the nice "W" of the Crapkars. I'm second guessing whether the Deaver U402 stage 3 pack will be enough or if I'll need to do a custom pack. The truck will not be fully loaded all the time, only when we go camping, etc. I figure it will lose minimum 200-300lbs when not fully loaded.

My truck is pretty close to your trucks' weight. I called Alcan and ended up going with them. Their stuff is made to order for exactly what you need, no stages to try and fit into. Just give them the details of your rig. For me it also seemed to be cheaper than Deaver

Finally got my custom deaver pack in. This is the XXHD (good for 15-1600 overstock). When I have full armor and gas I sit close to 6600-6700 and near 7100 with all the gear, myself and son.

Nice to feel the rear flexing again. Have not taken the truck out yet but def more noticeable than the flat abused Dakar pack. It did its job but def was not great after adding the rear swingout setup. That tipped it over the edge.

Prior I was seeing 9.5" axle to frame (i have no idea on fender measurements and my fenders are trimmed 2.5" to give some more added reference to the height).

After I am not seeing a solid 11" axle to the frame. The XXHD is a 3" lift pack good for some heavyweight setups.

The only issue now which I am seeing is actually an issue is my bump is now striking at an angle and no longer dead center. Curious if I need to rotate my axle or this is more due to the much larger and less flat-leaf pack (seems like it could be a bit of both)

    Old vs New

I had been running my Dakars with OEM pushing and man did they take a beating. This one looked good as new when I pulled the leaves.:rofl::bananadead:

ha yah that was a surprise when I pulled them. Early on in my setup the suggestion was to use OEM not Poly and that was far from a good suggestion.

My truck is bone stock and I don't do much with it, hell I don't even drive it much. I know if you put a couple empty cardboard boxes it squats a bit. (J/K)

I am reading all the posts and looking at the weights of the loaded vehicles and have to ask what is the rated capacity of the rear ends?

Cargo rating per Toyota is usually around 1100lbs for the 4x4s. The trucks can easily take double that, but for safety/liability reasons and such, they're rated far lower.
