Haha I'm sure it's that polar vortex. Everyone hasn't gone stir crazy yet. If I had a sixer I'd send it to yall.

It's currently a nasty 60f here in Texas. It's miserable and my digits don't take well to slamming against the block when it's cold.

As for his ex gf ...well she's a body poilllow so I'll make sure he interrogates her.

Yessir. Wouldn't go in with my hand but fell into plsce by tightening down the bolts in a cross pattern. She turned on except now it has both upstream (air fuel) oxygen sensors on. Says heater circuit so I'm almost dead set on thinking both are out. I can't see how contaminated gas would kill the heater function of the corcuit.

Also i freaked out for a second. The pedal position sensor connection was loose so it threw a code and wouldn't move. Traced it back to under the dash (loose conmector) and now she moves. Still want to set her on fire and incidentally want to buy a first gen for myself. These things are pricey tho.

Swap gremlins. Always happens. Good luck!

Clear code test drive. Possible the cam phase gear is sticking from the motor sitting?

Yup it is p0012 .... it seems to be a generic code. Also, possibly irrelevant, I popped two upstream (b1s1 v2s1) oxygen sensor codes for the heater circuit on each one. If I remember correctly if it specifies heater circuit then 100% o2 sensor is dead but if it pops o2 without the heater circuit suffix then all the o2 is reading is lean/rich and could be o2 or any other prpbpem. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    For the o2 sensors code is p0031 a d p0051

I think since the ,gas was contaminated it, it fouled the o2 sensors but if why it would kill the heater circuit on both.

Both o2 sesonsors are plugged in and connection is good.

Theoretical. Vacuum pump ended up being bad. Since it's tied to the cams, could it be causing the issue?

    Is it not creating vacuum?
How does she run after pump replacement?

Sorry I haven't had time yet to look up repair procedures based on your codes. But I'm willing to help the best I can! The problem is most yotas that come through my shop never have driveability issues.
