With the truck not moving and turning the wheels, sounds like a dry ball joint. alsontry spraying the control arm bushings with penatrant and white lithium grease. May help.

Following. Mine does it but only in reverse, and with the steering turned to the right. It'll sometimes do it when I slowly turn into a parking spot.

Just sounds like it needs lubrication somewhere, but I have yet to pinpoint the spot :) I've checked CV's, UCA's.. mine is a 2020 with only 28300 miles on it. Since there's not vibrations or visible damages to my CV boots or the like, I've just come to terms with it and let it be. Yours sounds worse though - mine does not make the sound when going forward.

Sounds similar to my creaking. Dropping my skid plate and greasing all the bolts, spacers and mounting points fixed it.

i have some noises too when i'm backing out of my drive way or pulling into the drive way in a angle. It's on my left side but I haven't been able to figure what it is either. I checked and retorque my skid plates and the lca torque's. I don't experience any noises like the in the video when turning the wheel not moving. Only when i'm moving.

Following mine is doing this after new oem LCA install, on drivers side and it’s driving me ape shit. Mine is doing it while sitting still and while going forward slowly. It doesn’t do it in reverse

That is loud. I beat the living daylights out of my suspension on desert roads and it’s never been half this loud. Sounds like a little lube up in the coil cups could help along with other necessary spots.

Check for bolts rubbing if a sway relocate was used

Well my power steering pump seems to have air in it (I hope). Starting to groan while I’m turning now. Hopefully it’s not pump going bad after putting in fresh fluids or rack and pinion going bad. I am thinking that I’m going to attempt the fresh bushings for cab mounts, rack and pinion bushings before repacomg the power steering unit if bleeding air doesn’t help it unless yqll have any more solutions or ideas. I’m all ears at this point
Just within the last month I’ve done the drain and fill until it’s all new fluids, with all oem Toyota parts I’ve replaced cv axles, replaced driver side LCA, outer tie rods. Replaced with moog inner tie rods and bellows and installed warfab tie rod sleeves and put in the ecgs bushing in the front diff.
