Installed OEM LCAs, new Cam bolts (one side was seized), OEM rack & pinion and power steering high pressure hoses.
All went smooth except two Cam bolts seized. Front end is looking good. OEM parts were not cheap, about $1500 for everything.
    Getting an alignment tomorrow.

Earlier this year I also replaced the straight pipe with a TRD performance exhaust - $400 from the dealer.

Next up, get a shop to sand down any surface rust on the frame and repaint. And also fluid film undercoat this fall.
Considering new plugs (current ones have 110k on them - but truck runs fine) and maybe fresh diff, transmission and coolant fluids?

All is all, most of the problems have been fixed :)

Originally I thought the creaking when turning was the LCA ball joints, but I'm fairly certainly it was from the Camburg UCA uni-ball joint that needed (dry) lubrication. Wasn't a total waste replacing the LCA, since those ball joints were pretty shot and I needed to replace the rack & pinion, so definitely better to do all those parts at the same time.

I agree, the Camburg UCA joint was probably the culprit to the creaking noise. Yes the LCA takes quite a beating too, and new parts on the suspension makes your ride feel like new. You got a great looking truck so enjoy enjoy it in it's newly refreshed condition.
