Help Identifying Parts 09 Jeep Liberty

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.

Anyone have access to Mopar parts diagrams? My wife has an 09 Jeep Liberty Sport (KK) and the boot on the rzeppa joint (front of transfer case) is torn. I can find a kit for that joint but I want a greasable u-joint for the front of the prop shaft since I have to take it off and I cannot find what the size is for the u-joint. No one (internet, local parts store) lists a u-joint for an 09 Liberty.

Also, there seems to be a leaking seal on the front of the transfer case where the rzeppa joint plugs in. Anyone know what part # that is?
