    hey guys, trying to help out a friend looking for a tonneau cover with crossbars for mounting a kayak. He sent me this pic and likes the setup. Any help identifying the cover and crossbars would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

    John

    P.s It’s the quicksand Tacoma I’m referring to

    Looks like a Retrax, or Pace Edwards. With added accessory cross bars.

    Personally I’d suggest a diamondback cover

    Yup! I think I know what that is.

    @FatherGreyBeard , I believe you're looking at a Retrax XR model cover.

    There's a RetraxONE which is polycarbonate panels
    https://www.autoanything.com/tonneau-covers/retraxone-xr-tonneau-cover

    And also a RetraxPRO which is aluminum panels

    ^ Both come with the track system to add cross bars, and I can help hook your friend up with a deal if he/she wants :thumbsup:

    Yep. Retrax. Have one on my other truck and works well if you need to also use a 5th wheel hitch in the bed.

    @FatherGreyBeard , wait wait, I was mistaken. While Retrax XR would be a killer choice, to be exact what that quicksand taco has is Truck Covers USA with the added optional track system.

    https://www.autoanything.com/tonneau-covers/truck-covers-usa-american-roll-tonneau-cover

    But while we're on that note, Pace Edwards also offers a retractable cover with an optional track system. So really there are several options to choose from. But I believe the EXACT cover is a Truck Covers USA American Roll with the added Yakima track system.

    Yep. I have a similar model from Truck Covers USA. Quality seems top notch...
