I installed an Alpine ILX-507 from trail grid pro a few months ago on my 2019 Tacoma TRD sport. I’m liking it so far, but I have a few issues I haven’t been able to figure out. I contacted TGP and they gave me some idea, but those didn’t seem to work. I try to adjust the fader to equal out the audio, I have the JBl tweeter upgrade and those little speakers over power all the other speakers. When I adjust the fader it’ll stay while I’m driving, but when I turn off the truck and start it again the fader always goes back to center. I’ve tried doing a soft reboot on the maestro, unplugging the amp, and doing both at the same time. When I did both, the fader stayed where I set it for a little while, but when I went to the store later in the day it went back to center position. has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to fix it?

Mine is a 2010 with JBL and the Amp controls the balance/fader. Not sure how it is supposed to do that with an after market head unit. Mine just stopped responding to the balance/fade I set so I had to by pass it.

Thanks for the link to the data support. I bought it from trail grid Pro and they’ve been helping but we haven’t figured it out yet. I didn’t think to try Idata.‍♂️
