Verbal contracts are still enforceable. And here is is a copy of said contract. You have excepted money in exchange of not filing against his insurance. That is a contract.

 

Right if the at fault person finds this forum then sure here's the proof lol in general an in person conversation being claimed a contract in court wouldn't hold up. Its just my word against his without a recording... so...

 

I only live here for the low cost of tuition and the relatively high amount of homeowners needing help trying to renovate. Plus it's beautiful. But yes the flood of canadians getting cheaper gas and dairy, and the insane amount of uppity hipsters makes this a dangerous place to drive lol

Yeah I never said I major in business law, but I've gone through law classes in my degree plan and there's a lot of knowledge to gain from those classes. Never said I'm a lawyer, but that I do know more than the average person about law.
