So my abs, ebrake and traction control lights come on and stay on for awhile and then randomly go off and come back on. Any ideas? So now the weird part since this started happening tonight my headlight indicator light is on all the time is dim when the head lights are off but it's still lit up any ideas on this?

I'd be looking at under hood grounding points for corrosion as a place to start.

The headlight indicator light has to be a wiring issue if I unplug my headlighys the light is still on it I pull the replay then the indicator light goes off any suggestions on where to start?

The abs ebrake and traction control light is probably a wheels speed sensor is there a way to find out which one is bad without replacing them all?

Installed Overhead Compass and Temperature Display along with outside temperature sensor and wiring; LED lights reverse backup; LED license plate lights; Added GTA Bluetooth Audio kit to stock radio for iphone audio; Spare tire steel braided air hose extension connection to rear bumper; Installed new headlights along with new bulbs PIAA H4 XTreme and for fog lights PIAA H10 XTreme bulbs. Installed new hood with "hood-scoop". Installed Predator Side Steps. Replaced front chrome grill with customized color matched (Desert Sand Mica) grill with added TOYOTA lettering (also in matched color), installed and secured tailgate anti-theft devices. Also installed a new external TPMS monitor for all 4 tires.
Have or had you done "any type" of modifications related to or concerning electrical recently or in the past?

If so I would start with that, go back and recheck everything?

If not then obviously you have an electrical issue somewhere that needs to be located and address. If you can't find your answer here looks like you'll be forced to take it to the dealership?

    Good Luck.

@Jimmyh can you offer any detailed assistance here?

OP, I still think all the lights are related. Not in their 'function' of course, but the fact that they are illuminated at the same time. I'm not sure what you are calling the 'main ground', but there are many grounding points for various circuits. All I know is when I've seen similar in other marquees, it almost always turned out being a bad grounding point. One where multiple grounds were bonded in one location.

I know that there was a TSB in Canada concerning ABS/Traction control issues related to the ECM a while back. I had my '08 ECM reflashed at the dealer.

Haven't wired anything new in awhile and I did check that wiring out tho.
I'll have to check today in the day light all the grounds on the body an frame. Was just trying to find out where the head light wiring grounds out. Im not so sure it's all the same issue I think the headlight indicator is one and the abs ebrake and traction control lights are another.

So yesterday I pulled all the wheel sensors and cleaned them the front to had grease on them for some reason so I wiped them off and no more abs ebrake and traction control light. I also went and cleaned my battery terminals and the few ground wires I could find but the headlight indicator still stays lit faintly when the head lights are off. I unplugged my after market headlight bulbs and plugged in the factory and still no difference. If I pull the relay for the head lights tho it goes off. So where should I look next what should I do?

Have you tried changing the headlights relay? Just try one of the other relays of the same size.

Check the dimmer relay, the headlight relay and all grounding points. This could be a real pain.

Any of the options Jimmy mentioned have the ability to be intermittent.

I'd still be going after grounds and cleaning stuff up.

But keep an eye on it, and if it returns, you'll know where to begin in terms of relays.

So the lights all came back on. So this is what I think I know all the lights coming on are related I don't think the sensors are bad for the abs. What causes the lights to come one is water
The last time they came on it was raining. They have been off for over a week but last night I drove the truck and it was raining and they started to come back on. Anyone have any ideas now? Gonna pull out my led headlights tonight and put back in the factory and also run an grab a new headlight fuse. Any other suggestions

Not an expert here just my thought's but from what you are describing I really don't think that the actual entire headlight assembly and or fuse for that matter is the problem.

It appears as though each time it rains (does it also happen after you wash your truck?) there seems to be a build up of either moister or condensation somewhere along the wiring, connectors, relay's, etc. that is (effecting the circuit) causing this to suddenly occur?

That is where I would start. This is why I asked you on my first post if you recently had done any type of electrical work on your truck, doesn't matter if it was weeks or months ago if it's going to happen, it will and it appears to be the case.

Like I said I maybe incorrect about this but this problem has been known to happen in electronics, even to the point, over a period of time, of causing the electrical system to short out.

Maybe think about using some of this on connectors, wiring, relays, etc.?

It doesn't happen after a normal wash is the odd think only after a period of driving in the rain. And I haven't done any wiring lately and my only working runs through a busseman seal fuse panel to the battery and into the cab to stitches and light and I have check all of that so im not sure. I guess I should start chasing the headlight wiring
