After messing with the fuses, I started the truck only to find out that the 4wd is locked in 4lo and my abs light is on. I tried turning the 4wd knob to try and engage and disengage but no luck. tried disconnecting from the battery for a few seconds without any luck. I could really use some help. this is because of me trying to add a fuse to the fog light kit i purchased.. fml

well.... you should already be able to figure this out.

You were messing with fuses. Logically that'd be the first place I'd check. Even if the fuses look good, I'd either meter them, or replace them. Not sure which ones affect the hubs, so you're on your own there. If fuses all check good, inspect your wiring carefully and ensure you aren't shorting anything by accident. If you still can't fix it, take your 'add a fuse' out.

I would look for a larger circuit such as VSC, I think a problem in these would cause your ABS light as well.
