EDITED: Still looking for areas near Stockton to wheel, but interested in opinions about Prairie City SVRA near Rancho Cordova (Southeast Sacramento) SEE POST #2

Currently in Stockton and I typically go offroading or play in the mud when I head North (2+hrs.) to work/play on our ranch. I try to get up there fairly often, but I'm in need of a place closer to home. Spinning my tires and getting the truck dirty is a stress release for me and even though I may not have a built rig I just really enjoy the capabilities of my little Tacoma. Any comments or suggestions are greatly apprecited.

I just stumbled upon Prairie City SVRA in Rancho Cordova (~1hr away). Does anyone have any opinions, complaints, reviews, NTK, tips, etc. for the park? I have the CA Distinguished Veteran's Park Lifetime Pass, will I still need to pay for an OHV tag? If so, what is the day use OHV fee? Again, and help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

Try Frank Raines park. Off Patterson exit west 16 miles. Lots of fun trails, even s stock tacoma will do many of its trails.
