Dude... read your quote. You say "no carbs" and then say "beer" with no explanation. That's why I liked it. Lighten up.

I'm already 55 years old lol. My weight has been the same for 30 years and I consume a lot more calories than 2100 a day! I don't eat sweets though. Never have. At 6'4" and 250 lbs, it takes a lot. But, I ride about 50 miles of singletrack a week in season so that definitely helps. I did over 1200 miles of trails last year.

    Quit judging. Just sayin'

Technically your brain still uses glucose for energy too, when the body is in ketosis 70% of the energy for the brain comes from ketones.

Would also put out there the idea of air bags. Inflate them, get better support for heavy loads. Deflate them when the support isn't needed. Put them on Daystar cradles so that your suspension can still flex. All part of a balanced diet with tires and normal suspension, but gives you a bit more flexibility.

I have the following suspension setup. Bilstein 6112 Series Front Kit, rear Bilstein 5160 Series;BFG KO2 275/75R17, ICON RXT Rear Suspension with 1 leaf out. The result! Superior ride characteristics on & off road it all situations loaded & unloaded, through cross-winds, channeled pavement, gravel, washboards, etc. The pickup has a levelled profile.

IMG_1552.jpg Kept mine conservative. 2018 DCSB. I have a shell on the truck and always have a bunch of junk in it as well. All I have done is add the Wheeler's single AAL to the truck and a set of SUMO springs. I feel the ride and handling are pretty good. Gives me a little forward rake, but overall I think it looks fine

Sorry. Don't know how that second pic showed up. FYI it is a dash cam where the GO PRO mount would have been

I was joking about the fact that the thread was more interested in chatting about carb loading than giving me ideas about actual things I can do to my truck.

    Threads wander, human nature.

With that said, every load application is different depending on the person. What is good for you might not be good for me. That one guy gave you his setup and it's good for him. If you set your truck up exactly like his you might hate it. Told you what to do back on page one. Call someone who sells this shit and tell them your situation. They will be the one to help you best for your particular need and wallet size.

Spoke with your girl. She explained a lot about adding leafs to me, but didn't really offer a plan for the front end, probably because I want a setup that will be versatile through a couple of mods...
