    Yes, rails around the outer edges, which clamps to the bed, then 3 bows in the middle to hold it up.

    Forgot to mention that the Tuff Tonno has a back rail that allows the rail to pivot up for removal, and then down to close it and tension up the cover. Only other thing I noted between it and the Extang snap cover on my last truck is that the Tuff Tonno's cover is not quite as tight, it's not loose, just not as tight. But over the last year that hasn't been any problem, nor has the cover worn any differently then the snapper.
