OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
Well, i have been thinking and i got 2 options with lift/tires. Should i go with a 285/75/R16 with a 3" lift and wheel spacers or 265/75/R16 with 5100s set a 1.75? For Tires im going with KM2s and i saw the 265s and they look pretty tall compaired to other ones. Should i just go with the 285s because if i go with the 265s im going to reget it and waste my money or the other way around?

How much do you like tinkering and wrenching on your truck?

Much less likely to have weird vibrations, CV boot failures, rough ride, VSC weirdities, etc... with the 1.75 and 265/75R16 tire.

If you can't get enough of tinkering, go the larger size. Mudflaps removal, trimming, vibration diagnosis, more frequent CV boot replacement, it's all in your future. ;)

I just noticed you have a pre-runner. So you won't have any CV problems or front diff/front shaft vibration induced issues!
