Yah the Titan has a buyer and will be gone next week, i don't need all the room or 13mpg any more. I am planning lifting a tacoma at least a couple inches maybe long travel with exhaust and some taste full mods. NMC's post was helpfull because i dont' want to spend a bunch of money on suspension i will be taking off. Plus the tacoma will me a little easier to maneuver than the silver school bus!

that thing is crazy, i had a lt ranger and yes it did squeak like a mo fo but the occasional down town Seattle down hill jumps made up for it!

Back to my original post i dont wanna spend money on a model that i am going to ditch factory parts do it sounds like sr5? or trd offroad for the oem locker. Any years to stay away from? Motor issues etc..

I had a 2007 Titan and I was lucky to get 11 MPG with it. I had a problem of keeping my foot out of it. I loved the power and the sound of it when i would put my foot into it. If I towed anything then I was under 10 MGP. I now have a 2011 TXPro and I love it. I get around 17 MPG.I went from $90.00 fill ups to $50.00 fill ups. I love that even more. If you need a full size pickup then keep the titan. If not then get the taco..

Sweet Titan man, I loved my Titan before it got totaled. Only thing I don't miss is the 12mpg's. Power was awesome in that truck. Would own another one again if gas prices weren't so damn high

I have always filled my tank when the needle would get half way between 3/4 and empty. It also helps that gas prices here where I live are $3.35 per gallon.

Usually around 16 gallons or so.. but I also did the same thing with my old titan except with it when the needle was between 3/4 and empty it would equal about 22 gallons.
