I have an interesting cracking/squeaking sound coming from the front.

I initially thought it was the rear leafs, not them, thought it might be the UCAs, ruled them out and the shocks as well.

It almost sounds like it is coming from the cv joints.

Here is when it happens: when I'm turning, going straingt, not moving at all, but it most always happens when the suspension flexes and therefor the cv joint angle changes.

I've added a grill guard and some skids and removed my sway bar, that is the extent of mods in the front.

Could it be there is some junk in the joint? It doesn't happen all the time. Should I remove the rubber and have a look inside or is this gonna be a PITA?

    Anyone else have this issue?

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Try removing the skids and see if you can duplicate the sound.

I would bet that this sound was caused from removing the sway bar and now something is flexing that shouldn't be.

    Yea, I thought about this....?

The sounds started about 5,000 miles after I removed the sway.

Could it maybe be the LCAs?

I am also wondering about the sway. You can always take a can of silicone and spray stuff one at a time to see when the noise disappears. Process of elimination.
