What I know/think I know from looking at it and my own research, but thought I would see what the experts have to say.

Maxtrac spindle lift with Bilstein shocks and a large block in the rear
The fronts look to be on the highest setting avoiding the needs for any suspension spacer.

Am I correct? I think this gives the truck a 6” lift, but please let me know if I am right.

I'm no expert, but yes, you are correct.
Measure the block under the rear leafs. That is your rear lift.
Measure from center of wheel to fender in the front and subtract the stock ride height amount (21"?), to find your front lift.

With a stock UCA and being 2WD, you are probably getting the front lift mainly from the spindle.

Doesn't look like it has a drop bracket lift, so it can all be easily removed and replaced with one of our kits ;) kidding...
