I came from a diesel truck and hated my taco for a long time but after a while I stopped expecting it to be a cummins and learned to appriciate it for how much it can do. When I tell people I traded my old truck for a taco they say things like "man worst decision ever" even though my cummins was a awesome truck it far ecceded my needs and a taco was more practical. To be honest one thing that really impressed me was how well the taco can handle weight. It does squat but other then that it really tows well. It's not a rocket ship, it's not a Prius and it's not a cummins but it wasn't ment to be do don't pretend it is then be pissed it's not. Do some mods appriciate it's simplicity and drive it for 300k miles without taking it to the dealer a million times. Or sell it and get a truck that needs a mechanic to baby it along for 60k till you get pissed and end up back here anyway.

    Thanks,
thats what I'm coming from as well with the Cummins, and i think thats the hardest part is the pure power and size, but I'm getting use to it.
