Ugh, that is so close to being able to get a plate. I don't think the resolution is going to be enough. The light is good enough, but the sample size at that distance looks like it is maybe as large as an inch. So that makes for about two pixels per character. Can't create data where there is none.

 

Hmm, agricultural based. Lake county, what are you growing? Is there one way in and one way out from where the vids where taken?

I hope you are able to get them, if you are in a small town, there can't be to many cars like that on DMV Records.
