People argue about the dumbest shit around here.

Buy what you like. Mod it how you like. Use it how you like.

Stop worrying about getting validation from others. Stop worrying about what others are doing.

Lol ...don't worry about it. People who have "absolute zero" fun have to say something that has "absolute zero" relivance to the threads :).
I like hearing people's opinions . Threads like this are fun, besides I must have missed the arguments ???

I wanted an access cab long bed with a stick. Toyota hates options, so an OR was out of the question.

I'm not a huge fan of the fake hood scoop, but I guess I'll just get used to it.

Something looks messed up there, something must being missing from the options or something. Take a look up in the sticky section for the model and option price list.

What I don't understand is why the Sport, O.R. (& PRO) all have the same ground clearance. You'd think the off road/Pro models would come stock with more clearance. They opt for smaller 16" rims, instead of the Sport's 17" rims.(overall same size)

Why doesn't Toyota come out with an OR or PRO with 265/70/17's????

    My take on your question:
Off-road tires that have more sidewall can have more flotation and traction when deflating. A 16" wheel tire has an inch more side rubber than the same height tire with a 17" wheel. 16" tires are also far easier to find, especially in Mexico, in an emergency.
The Sport is a bling/ looks model: bigger wheels, color matching trim, cosmetic hood scoop.
The Off Road is a traction model: bigger tires, and traction controls not available on any other model.
